Data Deletion Instructions

You may request the deletion of data processed by Ads Manager Tools at any time. Several methods are available to you.
1. Delete a Workspace (Self-Service)
The most complete, immediate and irreversible method:
- Sign in to tools.winevizer.com;
- Open Workspace in the menu;
- In the Danger Zone, click "Delete workspace" and confirm.
Deletion destroys the encryption key specific to the workspace ("crypto-shredding"): all associated data — connections, encrypted third-party credentials, imported campaign data, analyses and recommendations — becomes permanently irrecoverable.
2. Disconnect a Single Connector
To remove only one platform (for example Meta Ads) without deleting the entire workspace: open Connections, then click "Disconnect" on the relevant connector. The tokens and credentials stored for that platform are then deleted.
3. Revoke Access on the Meta (Facebook) Side
If you have connected Meta Ads, you can also revoke our application directly from Facebook:
- Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings;
- Business Integrations;
- Select Ads Manager Tools, then click Remove.
This revocation invalidates our access. To also erase data already imported, use method 1 or method 4.
4. Email Request
You may request the deletion of your data by writing to operations@winevizer.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Data Deletion".
- We will acknowledge receipt and process the request within a maximum of 30 days;
- We may need to verify your identity before proceeding;
- A confirmation will be sent to you once deletion is complete.
What Is Deleted
Deletion covers account data, encrypted third-party connection credentials, imported campaign and measurement data, and generated analyses. Certain anonymised technical logs and data we are required to retain for legal reasons may be kept for a limited period, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
